These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of Xender.life ("Service"). By using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Messages and uploaded files are stored temporarily only for delivery and are then deleted. We do not guarantee delivery or retention.

The platform and its technology are owned by Xender.life. Users retain ownership of their message content but grant us a temporary license for transmission only.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties. We are not responsible for service interruptions or loss of data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security concerns.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
